Our Thursday dinner is our biggest weekly service. The team cooks together from 3pm, plates and serves from 5–7pm, and cleans up by 8pm. You'll rotate through stations — prep, line cooking, serving, dishwashing. No experience required; our head chef will teach you whatever you need to know. It's loud, it's fast, and the energy is incredible. Come hungry: we always eat together after.
