Common questions

Do we need to be a registered charity?

No, but we'd prefer if you're a registered entity (NGO or social enterprise) with a UEN. We also welcome ground-up initiatives supported by recognised funding bodies and public agencies such as NVPC, Singapore Kindness Movement, National Youth Council, Temasek Foundation, The Majurity Trust, and People's Association.

How long does the vetting process take?

We review every submission within 5 business days and will contact you for further clarification and verification to ensure the platform is safe for all to use. For non-registered entities this may take longer, as we'll need time to reach out to your supporting organisations and agencies.

Do we need to pay?

The platform is currently free to use. In the future we envision a freemium model — still free at its core, with optional paid add-ons that further enhance your volunteer management capabilities only if you need them.
